Ingredients

    1.5 c water
    1.5 Tbl honey
    4 tsp canola oil
    2 - 3 c spelt flour
    .25 c rolled oats
    .25 c sunflower seeds
    2 Tbl flax seeds
    2 Tbl amarynth grain
    .5 tsp salt
    1.25 tsp active dry yeast

Directions

Add all ingredients to breadmaker in order.

Set to whole wheat cycle.

Cool on wire rack.
