Ingredients

    32 oz. ground venison
    1 cup cooked cooled quinoa
    1 egg
    .5 onion diced
    .5 bell pepper diced (I used red and green mixed)
    3 garlic cloves minced
    1 tsp. celery seeds
    1 heaping tablespoon of chili powder
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 Tablespoon olive oil to coat large skillet

Tips

You can use this with ground beef also but I use a lot of venison because I know it has not been fed growth hormones or antibiotics.


Directions

Mix all ingredients together and roll in to balls. Heat oil in pan and add meatballs on medium heat and cook until done and nicely browned.

Serving Size: makes 50 2" size meatballs
