Introduction

A pantry raid style chili, quick and easy to make but flavorful! A pantry raid style chili, quick and easy to make but flavorful!
Number of Servings: 7

Ingredients

    1 lb ground turkey breast meat
    15 oz. can chili seasoned diced tomatoes
    15 oz. can dark red kidney beans, drained
    15 oz. can tomato sauce
    1 cup canned diced tomatoes
    1/2 small vidallia onion, diced
    3 cloves garlic, diced
    Season to taste using sea salt, black pepper, cumin, tumeric and chili powder.

Tips

I serve mine with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese.


Directions

Cook ground turkey with onions and garlic until turkey is browned (season meat with desired spices). In a large pot combine chili seasoned tomatoes, kidney beans, tomato sauce, stewed tomatoes and turkey, onion, garlic mixture. Season with desired spices. Simmer on medium heat until desired consistency is reached.
