Ingredients


    Banana, fresh, 1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) (remove)
    Oatmeal (plain), 1 cup dry (remove)
    Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened), 1 cup, unthawed (remove)
    Raisins, .25 cup, packed (remove)
    Dates, 1 date (remove)
    chopped walnuts, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Sunflower Seeds, without salt, .3 oz (remove)
    **Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 2 tbsp

Directions

Mash the banana. Mix everything together. Spread into 8X8 lightly greased pan. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
