Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    *Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz
    Cabbage, fresh, 1.5 cup, shredded
    Precooked Beans, navy, 2 cup
    Celery, raw, 2 stalk, large (11"-12" long)
    Onions, raw, 3 medium (2-1/2" dia)
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, chopped
    Carrots, raw, 1 cup, strips or slices
    Mrs. Dash (R) Original Blend, 6 tsp
    *Lea & Perrins The Original Worchester Sauce (1tsp), 32 serving (2/3 cup)
    1/3 cup chicken broth (pacific natural is amazing and low sodium)

Directions

Brown turkey
add onions, celery, green pepper, carrots, cabbage
add chicken broth and 1/3 cup worchester sauce. Simmer and cook until veggies are tender.
After tender, add navy beans and 1/3 cup of worchester sauce, stir and serve.

Makes 6 - very filling 1.5 cup servings
