Ingredients

    1 can black beans
    1 can kidney beans
    1lb ground turkey 97% fat free
    1 can corn
    1 large can of diced tomatoes with green chilies
    2 smaller cans of rotel medium (or mild)
    1-2 cups of water
    1 medium onion
    1-2tsp garlic
    1 tbsp. Olive Oil
    Spices: chili, garlic, onion powder, salt, whatever you prefer


Directions

I usually cook the turkey, onion & garlic in olive oil the night before and then throw it all in the crockpot the next morning on low.

Serving Size: Hopefully it's around 6-8 1 cup servings
