Ingredients

    Fusia Szechuan Stir Fry, 16 oz (remove)
    Golden Barrel Coconut Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Sea Queen Bay Scallops, 16 oz (remove)
    Celery, raw, 1 stalk, large (11"-12" long) (remove)
    Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices (remove)
    Onions, raw, 0.25 cup, chopped (remove)
    Sriracha Hot Sauce (Rooster sauce), 3 tsp (

Tips

Serve over steamed brown rice.


Directions

Heat 1 tbsp coconut oil, add onions, celery and saute for 3-4 min., add sriracha sauce, stir, add scallops and cook at high heat until scallops are 1/2 cooked, remove food to bowl. Melt 1 tbsp coconut oil, Add Szechuan Stir Fry veggies and cook for 5 minutes. Add back scallop mixture and sauce, stir until well incorporated. Cover and cook for additional 5 min.
