Ingredients

    5 Tomatoes, large chops, don't need to dice
    1 yellow onion, large chops
    2 large carrots, large chops
    3 garlic cloves
    1 tblsp tomato paste
    1/4 c. fresh basil
    3 cups chicken broth.

    cook onion and carrots in olive oil till soft, about 10 mins, add in the rest and simmer for 30 mins, uncovered. use an emersion blender to puree or use a blender ( adding in batches ) .

Tips

you can add 1/4 c. coconut milk at the end to add a creamy texture but maintain dairy free
