Ingredients

    1 can Organic Chickpeas, drained and rinsed
    1 tsp Onion, dried, minced
    1/4 tsp Granulated Garlic
    3/4 tsp Redmond Real Salt
    1 Flax Egg (3 tbsp water, 1 tbsp flax seed meal)
    2 tbsp Lemon Juice
    1/2 cup Organic White Flour
    1/4 cup bread crumbs

    2 tbsp Organic Olive Oil for frying

Directions

Combine in food processor: chickpeas, onion, garlic, rosemary sea salt, lemon juice and flax egg. Pulse a few times add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Heat 2 tbsp of oil in pan on medium heat. With damp hands form patties about 2-3 inches in diameter. Fry about 4 minutes on each side or until golden brown. You should end up with 14-15 patties.
