Ingredients

    1 1/2 cups of light brown sugar
    4 whole eggs(medium)
    3-4 cups of rolled oats
    2 cups of chopped apples
    1 tsp of vanilla
    8 cups of homemade whey from plain low fat yogurt

Tips

can substitute eggs for applesauce sweetened or unsweetened. or use egg whites

can also use alternate milk of your choice.


Add with yogurt of your choice for a filling healthy snack or breakfast meal


Directions

preheat oven to 350

combine ingredients adding oats last.

let sit for one minute

bake in oven for 35 minutes or until golden brown
