Introduction

Ingredients

    4 cups garbanzo beans (either canned or prepared from dry)
    2/3 cup light peanut butter
    1/3 cup of honey
    1/3 cup to 1/2 cup sucralose (Splenda)
    1/2 cup cocoa powder
    1 tbsp vanilla extract
    1.5 tsp baking powder
    1.5 tsp baking soda

Tips

You can top with a sprinkle of confectioners sugar, but this isn't accounted for in nutritional information (and would then make it not sugar free).


Directions

You can use canned or prepared from dry garbanzo beans (chick peas). I used prepared from dry. Use a high power blender or food processor to blend the beans with enough water to blend smooth. Mix in other ingredients and pour into 9 by 12 pan lined with parchment paper that has been sprayed with cooking spray and bake in 350 degree oven for about 35 minutes.
