Ingredients

    Ingredients:


    4 Chicken Breasts bone removed and cut into bit size pieces
    Kellogg's Corn Flakes Cereal, 2 cup Crushed
    Kraft Fat Free Ranch Salad Dressing, 10 tbsp or your fav fat free dressing

    Paprika 1/2 tsp
    chili powder 1 tbsp
    onion and garlic powder 1/2 tsp each
    lemon pepper 1 tsp
    salt to taste

Directions

Cut chicken breasts into pieces and place into the salad dressing.
Crush the cornflakes w/ a potato masher, add the seasonings.
Coat each piece of chicken in the crispy mixture.

Put on baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees until done! Enjoy
