Ingredients

    Chicken Breast, no skin, 6 ounces
    Wild Rice, 2 cup
    Raspberries, 1.5 cup
    Scallions, raw, 0.25 cup, chopped
    Kraft Fat Free Italian Salad Dressing, 4 tbsp
    Parsley, 1 tbsp
    Thyme, fresh, 1 tsp

Directions

In a large bowl, mix 6 ounces cooked, chopped boneless skinless chicken breast, 2 cups cooked wild rice, 1 1/2 cups raspberries, some chopped scallions, a little chopped parsley and fresh thyme and 1/4 cup Italian-style fat-free dressing. Serve warm or chilled.

Serve alone, over fresh salad greens, or in a whole wheat pita or tortilla.

Makes 2 equal servings.
