Ingredients

    Cucumber (peeled), 1 large (8-1/4" long)
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 medium whole (2-3/5" dia)
    Jalapeno Peppers, 1 pepper
    Cilantro, raw, 5 tbsp
    *Lemon Juice, 1 fl oz
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Bush's Black Beans (rinsed), 0.5 cup
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped

Tips

I actually used red onion but it wouldn't pop up on the ingredient list. I used one bunch of cilantro so depending on the size amount may vary or can change to your own taste.
