Ingredients

    Cooking spray
    Chicken Breast, 8 oz., cut in chunks
    Onions, raw, .5 medium, chopped
    Garlic, 2.5 clove, chopped
    Penne Pasta 10 oz
    Broccoli, fresh, 1.25 cup, chopped
    Red Bell Pepper, 1/3 of medium size, chopped
    Zucchini, baby, 1 small, chopped
    Granby Farms Cream of Chicken Soup, 16 0z
    Cheese: Sargento Reduced Fat Sharp Cheddar, Shredded, 1 cup

    Herbes de Provence
    Coarse Salt
    Red Pepper Flakes
    Black Pepper

Directions

Boil penne. When it's halfway done, add broccoli. Drain, keep in colander. When same pan is hot w. cooking spray, add onions and garlic. Saute for 2-3 min., add red pepper and zucchini and chicken. When almost done, add spices, cook 2-3 min. more. Add soup. If needed, add a T or two of chix broth or water. Pour in casserole dish that's beeen covered with cooking spray. Spread cheese evenly over top. Sprinkle with smoky mild to medium paprika. Bake with top on for the first 10 min., then top off for the final 10.
