Ingredients

    1 pound of ground beef
1 bag (7 1/2 oz) of tortilla chips
1 packet of taco seasoning ( it doesn't matter what kind)
    2 cups of chicken broth
    1/4 cup of flour
    1 cup of sour cream
1 can (7 oz) of diced chiles
2 cups of shredded monzarella cheese
1/2 cup of sliced green onions

Directions

In a medium skillet, brown meat and stir until it is crumbly, then drain the fat. Add the taco seasonings to the meat and mix well. In a medium sized bowl mix broth and flour. Add it to the meat mixture and bring to a boil until the liquid is thickened. Stir in the sour cream and chilies and blend well. In a 13x9x2-inch greased dish, place 1/2 of the chips, 1/2 of the beef mixture, 1/2 of the cheese, and 1/2 of the green onions. Layer again with the remaining ingredients ending with green onions. Bake uncovered in 375 F oven for 20 minutes. Let stand for 5 mins. before cutting.
