sort of vegetarian stroganoff sort of vegetarian stroganoff

Ingredients

    1 pkg. morningstar crumbles
    1 lge onion chopped
    16 oz mushrooms, oven roasted
    1 pkg. silken tofu
    1/2 C low fat sour cream
    1 can reduced fat cream of mushroom soup
    1 box of Pasta Cooked


Directions

saute onion till translucent, add morningstar crumbles. heat through then add muchrooms.

place tofu, sour cream, and soup in blender until smooth. Add to Crumbles mixture. Season with Worchestshire sauce and touch of Spike.

Serve over pasta.
