Ingredients

    We used

    4 green apples
    8 carrots
    3 oranges
    ginger
    kale
    3 small broccoli crowns
    2 plums
    5 beets
    1 lemon
    3 kiwis
    1 whole pineapple
    chia seeds
    1 roma tomato

Tips

Putting pineapple through the juicer directly after the ginger will help get the most of the ginger out of the juicer and leave less.


Directions

Peel and slice pineapple, oranges, and beets.
slice remaining fruits and vegetables to sizes that will fit in your juicer.
feed the fruits and vegetables through your juicer, emptying your juice into a blender carafe as you juice and the cup becomes full.
After all fruits and vegetables have been juiced and juices have been placed in the blender, pulse the blender until the juice is uniform in color.

Pour mix into bottles 10oz per bottle.

Pour in 1Tbsp chia seeds per bottle.

Refrigerate!
