Ingredients

    Lean Ground Turkey
    Tomato Sauce
    Canned Petite Cut Tomatoes
    Tomato Paste
    Canned Green Chiles chopped
    Chili powder
    Cumin
    Chipotle Chili Pepper seasoning
    Garlic cloves
    Onion chopped

Tips

Add a 1/2 serving on cooked beans, topping for egg white omelets, add to just about anything you'd like a South of the Border taste on and without a high fat content .... yet with 4 grams of protein.


Directions

In a 4 quart no-stick deep frying pan brown the turkey with garlic. When turkey is browned add onion and spices. Mix well and let simmer for 3 minutes. Add remainder of ingredients and cook on very low heat for 30 minutes.
