Ingredients

    1.25 cups water
    1 tsp sugar
    1 pkg (or 2.25 tsp) quick rise yeast
    3.5 cups flour
    .5 tsp salt
    1 cup Hunts thick and rich spicy red pepper and chili's spaghetti sauce
    360g light mozzerella cheese

Tips

This is perfect for my husband and I to share 1 pizza, and the kids each top their own. Serve with a big green salad.


Directions

Mix 1 tsp sugar into 1 1/4 cups warm water, sprinkle with yeast and let sit in warm (not hot) place for 10 minutes, until yeast bubbles up. Mix salt into 2 cups of flour, and stir into yeast mixture. Add remaining flour, a small amount at a time, kneading until you have a smooth, soft ball of dough. Cover and place in a warm spot for about 30 minutes, until dough doubles in size. Divide dough into 3 equal amounts, and roll each very thin, to fit onto medium sized pizza pans. Top each with 1/4 cup sauce, and add any veggies, pepperoni, or toppings you want (count topping calories separately). Sprinkle with 120 g cheese on each pizza, and place on center rack of 400 oven for 10-12 minutes each.
