Ingredients

    2 eggs, well-beaten
    1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
    1 lb 90% lean ground beef
    2 TBSP Worchestershire Sauce
    3/4 cup skim milk
    cooking spray
    season salt, black pepper and onion powder to taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Mix ingredients well in order listed. Pack mixture into 12 sprayed muffin tins. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Top with ketchup if desired.
