Ingredients

1/2 cup sunflower seeds, shelled, raw, unsalted
1/2 cup slivered almonds
1/2 cup flaked coconut
2 cups whole rolled oats
1/2 honey
1/3 olive oil
2 T cinnamon
2 cups Reduced Sugar Craisins
Tips
Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks at room temperature.
You can also freeze it to use later.
I mix this granola with my Greek yogurt!
You can experiment with other ingredients such as walnuts and other dried fruits or leave out the cinnamon and use maple syrup instead of honey!
Directions
Spread into a greased baking pan
Bake at 300 for 40 minutes or until lightly browned
Stir mixture halfway through to bake evenly
Remove granola from oven and turn it out onto a piece of foil
Once it has cooled, break it apart into clumps as big or small as you want.
