Ingredients

    1 inner Romaine lettuce leaf
    1.15 ounce sliced ham
    1 slice Swiss cheese
    1 tsp. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. mustard

Directions

Lay the Romaine leaf flat and layer ham and Swiss in upper half of leaf. Mix mayo and mustard together and spread on the meat/cheese.

Fold the leaf in half so that the bottom (stem) is now meeting the top of the leaf, then roll the leaf and fillings.

I wrap these in plastic wrap and take them for lunch at work.
