Ingredients

    Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats, 3 cup
    Brown Sugar, .25 cup, packed (remove)
    Cinnamon, ground, 2 tsp (remove)
    Baking Powder, 2 tsp (remove)
    Salt, .5 tsp (remove)
    Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A, 1 cup (remove)
    Grade A Extra Large White Eggs, 2 serving (remove)
    Applesauce, unsweetened, .5 cup (remove)
    Coconut Oil, .25 cup (remove)
    Vanilla Extract, 2 tsp (remove)
    *Dried Cherries, 0.75 cup (remove)
    Coconut, raw, .33 cup, shredded (remove)

Tips

Combine when ready to bake. Can be done the night before.
Divide into servings and freeze or reheat.


Directions

Mix first 5 ingredients, then the rest of ingredients in separate bowls. Mix together and bake at 350 for about 40 minutes or until golden brown.
