Ingredients

    Ground Turkey 1/2 lb
    Ground Chicken 1/2 lb
    Cabbage, 1/2 large, 1/2 in strips
    Leek, 1 large, diced
    White Onion, 1/2, diced
    Shallot, 1 large, diced
    Garlic, 2 tbsp. diced small
    Celery, 1 stalk, large cuts
    Carrots, 4 medium, large cuts
    Parsley, basil, cilantro to taste, chopped
    Jalapeno Hot sauce, 2 tsp
    Green Chilies,mild, 2 4 oz cans
    Tomatoes, diced 2 8 oz cans
    Tomatoes, stewed, 1 8 oz can
    Tomato sauce, 1 8 oz can

Directions

Saute garlic and onions 5 minutes, add ground turkey and chicken, cook 15 minutes. Add tomatoes, chiles and carrots, cook 30 minutes. Add the rest of ingredients, cook one hour or until cabbage is soft.

Serving Size: 6 bowls, 1.5 cups each
