Introduction

If you're like me, you love sea food. I was out with my mom one day, and decided hey lets do dinner! Like all my family, we have a natural cooking instinct, so we made our own recipe! It has a hint of Citrus from the white wine, and It's delightfully buttery (not too much). Are you drooling? Happy eating!!! If you're like me, you love sea food. Ingredients

2 lbs raw, de-veined and peeled shrimp (These have more flavor)

1 stick 1/2 cup unsalted butter

1 and a half cups white wine ( I used Chateau St. Michelle for its notes of citrus)

    1 tsp red pepper

    .25 tbsp cornstarch for thickening

10 cloves of garlic ( you can use more or less, you can never have too much garlic)

    1 lb noodles
(I made enough to last me a few weeks)

Directions

In frying pan bring 5 cups of water to a boil, add pasta noodles and cook for 8 minutes, or until almost done. Strain in colander, and set aside.

In same frying pan melt butter add wine and garlic, then add your shrimp.

Cook until shrimp is cooked completely.

Add pasta and stir til well coated and mixed.

Call me crazy but its great paired with a red wine!
