    2 Cups Heavy Whipping Cream
    1 Cup Unsweetened Coconut Milk
    1 pinch salt
    3 squeezes Sucralose Sweetner
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    2 tablespoons Banana Extract


Mix all ingredients in a bowl, stirl well. Add to ice cream machine, let churn for 25 minutes. Place in freezer for 2 hours then ready to eat :)

    I use liquid sucralose A LOT. For my brand, 1 drop (one DROP!) = 2 Tbsp sugar. Three "squeezes" would be disastrously oversweet. What's a reasonable amount, say in terms of sugar, so I can convert to the brand I use? Thanks. - 9/5/17
