Ingredients

    Angel hair, coconut milk, green curry paste, cooked shrimps, sliced green peppers and onions, can add diced tomatoes and poppy seeds.

Directions

Heat on medium coconut milk with curry paste. Stir occasionally. In seperate pan boil water, cook pasta. When coconut milk is heated add shrimp and cook until done, add green peppers and onions to milk until heated. Drain pasta, pour half milk mixture into pan and mix until coated. Serve pasta onto plates and top with remaining milk shrimp, peppers and onions. Can also sprinkle parmesan cheese on top! Makes 4 servings.
