Introduction

Ingredients

    12 oz unsweetened almond milk
    3 c. raw spinach (sub kale or spring mix)
    1 apple (or pear)
    2-3 c. frozen mixed fruits (or other frozen fruits)
    1/4 c. Pom juice (sub OJ or 1 orange)
    2 scoops protein powder
    2 T. flax meal

Tips

Use what you have on hand. Add yogurt or bananas or whatever.


Directions

Put in blender and blitz.
