Introduction
This is a traditional Indian drink... but it's basically a mango yogurt smoothie. It's a perfect treat on a hot summer day. :)Alphonso mangoes are traditionally used in Indian lassi, but any ripe mangoes will work. You can even use frozen mango pieces if you want. Ingredients

2 cups Mango, chopped (fresh, or frozen and thawed)
2 cups Plain nonfat yogurt
1/2 teaspoon Ground cardamom
Tips
If you want to be all fancy, garnish with a mint leaf. :)
Directions
Place all ingredients in a blender and puree to desired texture.
If you want a thinner texture, add a few drops of water or milk.
If it is not sweet enough for your taste, add a bit of honey.
