Ingredients


    Ingredients:
    Apple, Braeburn, Medium, diced
    *Dowd & Rogers Blanched Almond Flour, 3 cup
    Baking Soda, 1.5 tsp
    Salt, 1 tsp or less
    Butter, unsalted, 4 tbsp, in tiny very cold pieces
    Cinnamon, ground, 1.5 tsp
    Egg white, large, 2 serving
    Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar, 2 tbsp
    Honey, 2 tbsp

Directions

stir dry ingredients in one bowl, wet in another. Combine, add apples. Form into a ball, flatten, cut into 8 slices. Bake at 350 until brown and toothpick comes out clean (about 25 minutes)
