Ingredients

    1 oz raw cashews
    1 oz raw almonds
    6 dates
    1/4 cup frozen blueberries
    1 small banana (fresh or frozen)
    28 grs raw cocoa powder

Tips

Add more water if you want thinner texture. Also I think it is better if the fruit is frozen. Change fruits to taste. This is a slow realise smoothie and I find it keeps me going till early afternoon


Directions

soak nuts overnight in water
soak dates in 250mls water(seperate from nuts) overnight

in morning drain nuts and put into blender ( I use a thermomix)
add dates and their water as well as all other ingredients then blend untill smooth. Enjoy
