Ingredients

1 Cup - Vegetable Oil
1 Med - Green Bell Pepper
1 Bnch - Green Onions
2.5 Cup - Frozen Mixed Vegetable
( Bean, Corn, Snow Peas, Carrots)
1 Cup - Frozen Snow Peas
3tbsp - Soy Sauce
3pc - Large Eggs
3.5 Cup - Water
3 Cup - Basmati Rice
Tips
Add green chilies and/or the seeds from Green Bell peppers to spice it up.
Directions
Warm up the oil
Add eggs and stir (avoiding lumps)
Add mixed vegetables and snow peas
Add Green onions
Add Green Bell pepper
Add 1tsp salt
Stir until vegetables are soft
Add Water and wait till it starts boiling
Add Rice and stir every 5 minutes
When most of the water is dried up, cover and cook on low heat for 10 - 12 minutes. (Stir every 5 minutes).
