Introduction

Stir fry with any left over meat and or broth. Stir fry with any left over meat and or broth.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 1/2 C Onions chopped
    1 1/2 C Zucchini cubed
    3/4 to 1C Red Pepper
    3/4 C Celery
    2 C Broccoli
    2T Oil
    2 C Meat cubed (add last)
    Sauce:
    2T Corn Starch
    1 tsp garlic chopped
    1 tsp ginger fresh
    1 T coconut sugar
    1 1/2 C broth
    1 T Soy sauce or coconut aminos

Tips

Use any vegetables or meat that you like.


Directions

Saute onions in the oil (about 3 min) add vegetables and cook to desired tenderness. Combine sauce ingredients and add to vegetables cook till thickened add meat and heat through.

Serving Size: Makes four 1 1/2 Cup servings
