Ingredients

    15 dates pitted
    Dried apple slices 1/2 lb
    3/4 cup walnuts
    Cinnamon and nutmeg to taste

Tips

I had to add some water to the mixture because it was too thick. May try using fresh apple next time.


Directions

Blend walnuts in food processor add in dates, apple slices and spices and mix. Put mixture on parchment paper in 8x8 dish and put in fridge for at least 2 hrs before eating.
