Ingredients

    1/2 cup frozen, unsweetened strawberries
    1 peeled kiwifruit
    1/2 cup ice cubes
    8 oz unsweetened vanilla almond milk
    2 tbsp milled flax seeds
    1 scoop egg white protein powder, vanilla or strawberry flavor

Tips

You can substitute the protein powder of your choice; I also sometimes use a pea-protein based powder. Vanilla or strawberry flavors work best.


Directions

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Very easy and fast.
