Ingredients

    3/4 c. flour
    1/2 c. 1 tbsp sugar
    1/3 c. cocoa
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    3 tbsp 1 tsp melted light butter
    3 egg whites
    1 tsp vanilla

Directions

Preheat oven to 350

mix flour, sugar, cocoa and bp together

blend in with fork butter, eggs and vanilla

evenly spread in small baking dish

cook 30 to 35 mins

makes 8
