Ingredients

16 oz cod fish (or other fish), diced into 1" pieces.
3 medium diced potatoes.
3 cups frozen peas and carrots.
1 stock celery, diced.
1 medium onion, diced.
4 cups low sodium chicken stock.
2 cups water.
4 oz canned milk.
6 tablespoons sour cream* (optional, added when serving.)
Directions
1) Place all the prepared vegetables in a pot, and cover with the chicken stock and water. Boil until the vegetables are almost cooked through.
2) Add the fish. Simmer for about 8-10 minutes, until the fish is cooked through.
3) Remove from the heat, and stir in the canned milk. Ladel into bowls, and swirl in a spoonful of sour cream, if desired. Serve.
Serving Size: Makes 6 servings
