Ingredients

    2/3 cup sugar
    1/4 cup water
    5 egg yokes
    2 eggs
    1 can evaporated milk 12oz
    1 can sweetened condensed milk
    1/2 cup whole milk
    2 TBLS vanilla extrac
    1/2 tsp salt

Tips

Run knife around flan to loosen from mold. Invert over a tray with a rim to catch all the caramel. Slice into 8 or 10 equal servings.


Directions

put sugar in heavy bottom sauce pan and swirl over med high heat till redish brown. Add 2 TBLS hot water and continue to swirl till stops splattering. Pour into bottom of 3X9 loaf pan. Set aside. Blend all other ingredients together and strain into loaf pan. Place pan in water batch and bake for 60 to 70 minutes at 300 or until internal temp reaches 180. Remove from oven and allow to sit in water bath till oompletely cool. Place in fridge overnight.

Serving Size: Cut into 10 even peices
