Ingredients

    1 stick of butter
    8 oz of cream cheese
    1/4 cup of paremsan cheese
    2 cups of milk
    2 lbs of shrimp

Directions

Melt butter in a heavy sauce pan. Add cream cheese and stir until melted. Add Parmesan cheese, shrimp and milk and continue stirring until it the shrimp are cooked and the sauce has reached your desired thickness.
