    1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into one inch cubes
    1 lb fresh asparagus (can use green beans) blanched
    1 cup fresh mushrooms sliced
    1 cup onion sliced
    2 cloves garlic
    4 tbsp balsamic vinegar
    4 tbsp honey
    2 tsp soy sauce
    1/2 tbsp olive oil
    pinch of salt and pepper


Serve with a baked potato or brown rice


Add olive oil, onions, mushrooms and garlic to large sautee pan. Cook on medium for 5 minutes.
Add chicken and cook on medium high for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add balsamic, honey, soy sauce and asparagus to the pan and cook for 5 more minutes.
