Ingredients

    Spread hummus evenly into an 8x8 in square baking dish. Sprinkle with feta cheese, being sure to evenly cover the surface. In a separate bowl gently fold the chopped tomatoes and chopped olives until blended. Layer the olive and tomato mixture on top of the feta cheese. Drizzle with 2 tablespoons of olive oil
    Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes
    Serve warm with Crunchmaster crackers
    serves 12-14

Directions

Spread 2 -7oz cont. of plain hummus in a 8in baking dish
Sprinkle with Feta cheese, being sure to cover the surface
in a bowl mix chopped tomatoes, and olives until blended
Layer on top of the feta cheese
Drizzle with 2 tablespoon of olive oil

Bake at 350 for 20 minutes
serve warm with crackers
