Ingredients

2 cups of steel cut oats
2 cups of original unsweetened almond milk
2 cups of plain nonfat greek yogurt

Tips

Mix-ins and toppings:
Sweeten to taste with Truvia or other no-calorie sweetener of choice or not at all. Add in berries, nuts, granola, unsweetened cocoa, maple syrup, agave, honey, sugar-free flavored syrups (coffee syrups are yummy), coconut, mini chocolate chips, apple, banana...really any fruit...sugar free pudding powders, cinnamon and other spices and various nut butters...sugar free flavor drops for water or coffee can add wonderful flavors to your oats, too! Can add protein powders, chia seeds, ground flax seeds, and more. Use your imagination!

Directions

Mix all ingredients together and separate into individual covered containers such as mason jars or plastic bowls with lids. Put in refrigerator at least overnight for the oats to absorb the liquid and stir well before eating. Will last several days in the refrigerator...I usually make a weeks' worth in advance. Can adjust the liquid amounts up or down to suit your liking. Note: These are much more filling than you would expect.
