Introduction

Orecchiette pasta with favas, shrimp & romano Orecchiette pasta with favas, shrimp & romano
Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    1/4 lb shrimp
    8 oz orecchiette
    1.5 c favas
    garlic
    salt & pepper
    3 green onions
    oregano - 2 sprigs
    2 Tbsp oil
    2 oz romano cheese

Directions

Rub 1 clove garlic along bowl, add 1/2 lemon of juice, favas, oregano (fresh), green onions, salt & pepper & 1 Tbsp olive oil.
Boil pasta.
Heat oil in pan, add minced garlic & shrimp. Cook.
Mix all together, add romano.

Serving Size: Makes 3 1.3 cup servings
