Ingredients

    1 medium banana
    1 medium apple
    2 cups (16 oz.) lite strawberry kiwi sugar free instant drink

Tips

Using a frozen banana makes it unnecessary to add ice; however, if you want the smoothie colder, add some ice while blending.


Directions

Peel the banana and slice into chunks. Freeze the chunks. Peel and core the apple. Cut into chunks. Put all ingredients into a blender. Mix until banana and apple are liquefied.
