Introduction

Ingredients

    1 Tilapia filet (approx 3.5 oz) - chopped into cubes
    1 egg
    1 Tbs chopped red pepper
    1 Tbs chopped green or poblano pepper
    1 Tbs fresh parsley, chopped
    1 tsp Cajun seasoning
    1/4 tsp salt or herbamare
    dash black pepper
    2 -3 tsp oat fiber to thicken
    2 tsp palm oil or olive oil for cooking



Tips

serve over bed of greens-
ranch dressing w/chili sauce or hot sauce added makes a nice topping.


Directions

put all ingedients in blender - blend or pulse till chunky pasted like consistency.
Shape into 2 patties.
Heat oil in fry pan over low to medium heat - add patties, flip when browned.
