Ingredients

1 3/4 cup old fashioned oatmeal
1/2 cup cocoa
1/4 cup chocolate protein powder
3 tbsp Stevia
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cream of tarter
1/4 tsp salt
3 egg whites
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
2 bananas, mashed
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup hot water
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a 12 cup muffin pan with cupcake liners or spray with non-stick cooking spray. Set aside.
In a food processor (or blender), mix all of the dry ingredients together, except for the chocolate chips and walnuts. Blend until oats are ground.
Place dry mixture in a large bowl and stir in chocolate chips and walnuts. Set aside
In the food processor (or blender), mix all of the wet ingredients together. Pour over dry ingredient mixture and gently fold.
Scoop mixture into prepared muffin pan.
Bake for 12 - 15 minutes.
Serving Size: Makes 12 muffins.
