    1 cup mashed avocado
    1/4 cup chopped onion
    1/4 cup light mayonnaise
    2 tablespoons lemon juice
    2 tablespoons chopped green chiles
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 small tomato, chopped
    Dash red hot sauce

Directions

Combine all ingredients. Cover and chill at least 1 hour.
