Ingredients

    1 1/2 cups, Black beans, drained and rinsed Progresso
    1 green pepper diced
    1 red pepper diced
    1, 11-12" celery stalk with leaves, diced
    2 green onion white & green parts sliced
    4 radishes chopped
    3 tbs cilantro

    dressing:
    1 lime, zest & juice
    2 tsp avocado oil
    1/8 tsp fresh ground pepper
    1/8 tsp cumin
    1/8 tsp chili powder
    1/16 cayenne pepper

Directions

In a med bowl combine chopped veggies, black beans, and cilantro. Mix dressing ingredients. Pour over top and toss. Let sit at least 15 min.

Serving Size: 4 serving aprox. 1 cup each
