Ingredients

    1 3 oz. pkg. strawberry gelatin, sugar free
    1 3 oz. pkg. raspberry gelatin, sugar free
    2 cups boiling water
    2 cups cold water
    1 light strawberry yogurt
    1 light raspberry yogurt
    2 cups sliced fresh or frozen strawberries
    4 cups whipped topping, thawed
    Additional fresh berries for topping, optional

Tips

I think this would be good using other flavors of gelatin like lemon or lime with pineapple.


Directions

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in cold water, strawberry and raspberry yogurts until blended. Chill until syrupy, about one hour.

Fold in berries and whipped topping. Spoon into individual dishes if desired. Chill until firm, about 4 hours.

Garnish with fresh berries.
